What is the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR)?
We are a rapidly expanding organization that continues to build upon our previous successes. By joining FPWR, you are aligning yourself with a dynamic organization that has adopted a challenging cause. Because many of us have loved ones with PWS, we are driven to find ways to help secure their futures.

What does Membership include?
We're glad that you asked! Our members are actively working on fulfilling our mission, whether it is serving on some of our various committees, fundraising, investigating promising research, or helping to spread the word about Prader-Willi syndrome and the Foundation's efforts.
Members also have access to the members-only section of our website. Here, on our message boards, members can read about and discuss exciting PWS research and fundraisers for the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research. Parents also discuss issues related to PWS. These discussions help define the major concerns of families dealing with the syndrome. This input is valuable to our Scientific Board when deciding into which areas we should invest our research funds.
What does Membership cost?
We have a suggested annual donation of $50, but this is not required for membership. All organizations, including FPWR, have operational costs to cover in order to provide their services. To maximize the amount of money that goes to research, we have established this suggested $50 donation per family. This donation helps to defray costs associated with running the organization, supporting this website, and helping us grow.

To join the organization, please click here and fill out the membership registration form. This form will guide you through the process of providing your contact information and then will give you the opportunity to pay your dues online if you choose to pay in this way.
