About the Event
Our annual Schaaf-Yang Family Conference is held in conjunction with our annual PWS Family Conference. Join us for 2 days of Schaaf-Yang-specific programming and community-building.

Registration Details
Schaaf-Yang Family Conference Registration:
- $275 per person
- $325 after August 1
Childcare is not currently available. Children are welcome to attend with their parents.
Deadline for Registration: September 18th
Refund Policy: Tickets may be refunded up to 30 days prior to the conference, less a $25 processing fee.
Limited financial assistance is available:

- Financial assistance is available for families who otherwise cannot attend the conference. Apply here for a discounted conference ticket.
- FPWR 2026 Family Conference Scholarship
- To support broader and more diverse participation, the FPWR Travel Scholarship is open to any caregiver facing financial hardship, as well as caregivers from underrepresented or historically marginalized communities, who wish to attend the 2026 FPWR Family Conference. The FPWR SYS Family Conference is more than just a conference—it’s a place to find connection, understanding, and inspiration. Yes, you’ll hear from leading researchers and experts in Schaaf-Yang Syndrome, but the experience goes far beyond traditional information sessions.

Accommodations
The 2026 conference will take place in Philadelphia, PA, at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown.
A limited room block is available at the discounted rate of $221/night until September 15, 2026.
