The Annual FPWR Conference is a powerful experience combining education, networking and community-building. Learn the latest in PWS research from experts in the field and have the opportunity to engage one-on-one with the researchers that have a deep interest in bringing treatments to market for our children.

This year’s conference brings together top clinical experts in the field of PWS. Drs. Jennifer Miller, Ann Scheimann and Harold van Bosse each see hundreds of children with PWS each year and bring a wealth of information on best practices in their areas of expertise. In addition to presentations by our clinical experts, you will learn the latest in clinical trials and updates from the most promising research studies.

Things to do around Indianapolis

Our local Conference Host Committee is working behind the scenes to make this the best PWS conference yet! The conference hotel is located in downtown Indy where you can visit the largest (and #1 rated) Children’s Museum in the world; or take a walk to one of the many attractions at the White River State Park, just steps away from the conference hotel. There you can attempt a downhill skiing simulator and test your knowledge on sports trivia at the NCAA Hall of Champions, or catch a baseball game at the nearby Victory Field; history buffs can take a walk through time in one of the nearby Museums; and outdoor enthusiasts can kayak, pedal boat, bike or relax in a gondola along the scenic Downtown Canal, taking in the sights of public art, war memorials, and the Indy Zoo, Aquarium and Botanical Gardens, located right outside our conference hotel!
