We all know that raising children is never simple. Factoring in PWS takes that and rockets that fact to new heights! PWS requires the best out of us as parents and changes us into better people than we ever thought possible. If there's any good that comes from PWS, I think it would be that. I know from my experience, I see life so much differently. I want PWS gone, that's for John Brown sure, but I would hate to lose the perspective that the diagnosis of PWS has brought to my life. It's as if I see all of life with new eyes, better eyes–and I'm thankful for that.
For the record, I would trade my newfound perspective on life for the demise of PWS in an accelerated heartbeat! 🙂
